INITIAL CONSULTATION Our process is simple and it all begins with an initial meeting. An initial consultation is a great way of getting very clear advice on whether your proposal or idea is viable, during this meeting we can advise on planning and building control concerns and also any issues with construction. We offer a free consultation process.
Design it.
ARCHITECTURAL & DESIGN SERVICES It all begins with an idea. This is where your thoughts and ideas are translated into workable solutions. We provide multiple options for you in a 3-Dimensional format enabling you can visualise the design and spaces so that you can make informed decisions about the design that best suits you.
Plan it.
PLANNING AND BUILDING CONTROL APPLICATIONS We have years of experience in planning and building control submissions, whether you are located in a conversation area or working with a listed building, we have experience in managing the statutory application process for you. We have been successful with all planning and permitted development applications on behalf of our clients. We understand the planning requirements and policies of many Planning Authorities in and outside London.

ESTIMATES & COSTING Either before or after planning permission is granted we can provide an estimate for the project that will provide you with a detailed labour and materials estimate, based on detailed or outline drawings, for any domestic extension, conversion, refurbishment or new-build dwelling. Our Estimating service will provide you with a benchmark price that will greatly assist you with making decisions on the build.

Novate are an accredited contractor that provides a full building warranty on all the works we carryout, which means we offer a professional service that meets building legislation and construction standards and ensure our prices are honoured until the end.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT We project manage all of our construction projects and our success has been our collaboration with our clients in the decision making process throughout the build. As part of our service we site supervise the building works and manage the building contract, ensuring that the works are completed on time, on budget and finished to the highest quality.
